Key Responsibilities

Legal & Compliance Roles

Lead and manage corporate governance, legal advisory, and compliance activities in line with the Companies Act 2017, SOE Act 2023, and other applicable laws.
Prepare legal documents, RFPs, RFQs, and compliance reports.
Coordinate with the Board of Directors, committees, and senior management to ensure governance standards.
Provide mentorship to junior team members and deputize for senior positions as needed.

Accounts & Finance Roles

Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, treasury operations, and internal controls.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and statutory requirements.
Develop financial models, forecasts, and reports for strategic decision-making.
Support the smooth execution of accounting and finance functions across subsidiaries.

Eligibility & Experience

Legal Roles: LLB / LLM / Bar at Law with 16 years of education from an HEC-recognized institution. Corporate governance certification (ICSP, ICSA) is an advantage.
- GM: Minimum 15 years experience (5+ in corporate legal or compliance roles)
- Dy. GM: Minimum 10 years experience (5+ in legal/compliance roles)
- Manager: Minimum 7 years experience in corporate legal/compliance
- Assistant Manager: Minimum 3 years relevant experience
Finance Roles: CA, ACCA, CPA, CMA, CFA, or Master’s/Bachelor’s in Finance/Accounting.
- Dy. GM: Minimum 10 years experience (5+ in managerial finance roles)
- Manager: Minimum 7 years experience (3+ in managerial roles)
- Assistant Manager: Minimum 3 years experience

All positions are based in Islamabad.
Fixed-term contracts with performance-based extensions.
